'Hi!'

I really hope that this year will bring some major change in nearly every aspect of my life. dA is a good place to mention just one of them - photography I do, both hobbystic and semi-professional.

Lets face it - I've not been really creative with street photography over the last year. I was far from really doing street photography, my camera spent most of the time on its shelf gathering dust. To be fixed.

Giving up with cliches is another goal this year - I'm really stuck with them in my head & practice. To be fixed.

Another is not giving enough attention to photojournalistic stuff I shoot - I need to learn how to effectively shoot various assignments.

As for today (2nd Jan), I really feel the need to show how I improve over the time, hopefully in form of photos here on dA, on my blog and in other media.

PS. It's all pointless unless my 450D is repaired (shutter died, should get it fixed next week), or I buy some new camera (probably in the coming weeks/months, and probably a used 5D)


That's about it concerning my goals for this year, and as for you...

I wish you all an awesome year. Set some goals and go for them, hopefully by the end of 2012 you will have had reached for them (unless the world goes boom, of course).
